Underweight <18.5 Low
Normal 18.5 to 25.0 Average
Overweight 25.0 to 29.9 Rising
Obese 1 from 30 to 34.9 Height
Obese II 35 <Very High
Measure waist circumference

Limit of normal waist circumference:

Women: <80 cm
Men: <90 cm

Excessive waist circumference, especially in men, closely associated with heart disease and cardiovascular risk.

If you find that your weight into the classification of Overweight or obese, it means that your time doing exercises to lose weight. The best workout is actually a sport which is conducted regularly and continuously even though you’ve reached the ideal body weight.

BMI is one tool to find out if someone needs to go on a diet or not, but BMI can not be body fat calculator. So for people who are muscular, athletic, pregnant women, BMI readings may be inaccurate.
