So when you come back, we can focus more on work performed.

If the job requires us trapped in a room all day, try to make a new habit to go outside for a while and decided our relationship with work for a moment. Strolling out of the office to buy something will give us a mental break. Simultaneously, we can enjoy and get some fresh air.
3. Make a lunch date with friends.
Have a friend whose office is nearby? Occasionally, make an appointment for lunch. It can divert our minds a break from work fatigue. Do you like to bring lunch from home? Occasionally give a treat to your self can enlighten the mind.
4. Complete the personal tasks, like going to the bank, buying drugs at pharmacies, or other matters during lunch breaks. This will prevent us from having another “duty” therefore we can straightly go home and enjoy the evening more relaxed.
5. Let’s read the book! Reading is the best way to “escape” from work and could even help the flow of creative thoughts. Select a novel that we like and make the book as a friend to lunch. Then, find a quiet place where we can eat lunch, while immersing our self in the book. Make a promise to your self, that the only way to resolve these books is a way to leave the desk and read it during breaks.
