Wine is a nutritious beverage, and can give many health benefits. These drinks can lower blood cholesterol, reduce weight, able to ward off cancer, and create a healthy heart.
For some people, wine is identical as the upper class drinks. In fact, wine is a beverage that is very beneficial for health. Wine, including alcoholic beverages produced from fermented fruits. Wine contains no fats at all, so do not worry about getting fat due to the consumption of wine in a fair amount every day.
Significant mineral content in wine are: potassium (between 80-112 mg/100 g), calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium. Sodium content in wines is generally low, except on cooking wines.
Wine should not be used for cooking for those with hypertension because of high sodium content, i.e. 626 mg per 100 g. Vitamin levels in wine are generally present in very low amounts.
Although wine has exceptional benefits, consumption should not be excessive. Besides causing dependence and alcohol content in wine can also cause heart disorders and high blood pressure. Excessive consumption of wine can also cause migraines.
